#1 The first hole is a medium length par 4. The large fairway bunker will come into play with a less than perfect tee shot. The ideal location off the tee is the right side of the fairway. This will allow you to play a short iron into a small green guarded by a bunker. Club selection is critical because long provides little chance of an up and down to this green that slopes from back to front.

#10 A short par 5 that is reachable in two solid shots. The key to this hole is driving your ball between the large fairway bunker on the left and the large pines on the right. The wind conditions will play an important roll in your aim. Watch out for the pond just over the knoll on the right off the tee. A well place tee shot will leave you with between 150-200 yards home. You must then place your approach shot over a bunker to the green. Be careful that your ball doesn't go too far right into the trees that line the green; this will make for a difficult recovery. This hole will lead to many great starts to the back 9.
